St Joseph’s Chiltern is a CHILD SAFE school.
We value, respect and empower all our students to be safe.
St Joseph’s is a vibrant and inclusive community where our children are encouraged to live out our motto of Loving, Living, Living. We look forward to working with you and your family in our welcoming community, where the staff are committed to providing the best possible environment for your child to flourish.
We are a small Catholic Primary School and the size of our school allows staff to know each child both as a person and a learner. Our small class sizes and unique facilities enables us to offer an all encompassing education with the capacity to meet the needs of each child.
Thank you to all the parents that joined us yesterday at the athletics track in Albury. We were so lucky to get through all of the activities and that the weather held out for the event. The students were really excited about going on the bus and we were so proud of their achievements throughout the day. I am sure they were tired by the time they got home. Well done everyone!
New Front Court & Building
Our new front court has been a real highlight for our students with a range of different games and activities. The games include basketball, netball, circus activities, ‘In the Groove’ drumming and line tiggy to name a few. Further landscaping will be completed when the weather is better. Classroom 3 and the new canteen is now well on its way and is really taking shape. Thank you for your patience as we navigate the current parking. We appreciate your cooperation.
Feast of the Assumption
We will have a whole school Mass for the feast of the Assumption of Mary, on Monday August 15th @ 12pm. All parents are welcome to come along to join us in the church.
Book Week Parade & Activities
On Monday August 22nd the students will be invited to dress up for our annual book parade. It will take place first thing in the morning on our new front court (weather permitting). You are invited to come and see the costumes and join in activities to follow in the classroom.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s learning.
